What data we collect
Data you give us in the forms: name, company, email, phone, location, message and attached files (drawings, CVs). Technical browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, only with your consent, usage statistics.
Why we use it
To answer quote and information requests, send you the technical sheets, catalogues and calculation results you request, assess job applications and improve the website. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures you request (Art. 6.1.b), consent (Art. 6.1.a) for statistics and optional cookies, legitimate interest in website security (Art. 6.1.f).
Who can see it
Authorised Emma Industrie staff and the providers who help us run the website (hosting, email delivery, file storage, statistics), appointed as data processors. We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
For as long as strictly necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations; afterwards the data is deleted or anonymised.
Transfers outside the EU
Some technical providers may process data outside the European Union: in that case transfers take place with the safeguards required by the GDPR (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@emmaindustrie.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
